India Pacific was formed
in 1993 by Christian Turner and merged with Galloway Sale Associates in
2006. This merger brought together the three founding directors of the
firm, Phil Galloway, Christian Turner and Roddy Sale as well an extensive
network of consultants and advisors.
Today the executive management team is:

Private Equity transactions announced by India Pacific
and its associates so far in 2006 include:

Partnering with an Australian manufacturing company
to develop production capability in
Chennai, India.

Partnering with a large Indian industrial house
on resource acquisitions in Australia, including a potential bid for
coal properties valued in excess of A$200m.

Re-capitalisation of Eromanga Hydrocarbons Nl,
a company listed on the Australian Stock exchange. This included
the sale to Eromanga of Copper/Uranium exploration interests held
by the principals of India Pacific.

Completing a private placement for an Indian mineral
exploration company of 25% of its equity to a strategic Indian partner.

Founding Syncline Energy Pty Ltd a geothermal energy
company that develops “green energy” and water projects in Australia.
